When it says resize I always use the raster deform tool to resize

LD Paper 12 from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer

to the name of your mask

with source luminance and invert mask unticked and apply
Delete mask layer merge group
add drop shadow

Then Duplicate it Twice On The original layer
Adjust, Blur,Gaussian Blur, 15.00
Open LD Balloon Resize And Place At Top Of Heart
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open Teddy Heart Resize And Place in The Centre Of Big Heart
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open LD Flower2 Resize Place At Bottom Left Corner
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open LD Leaves Resize Rotate Place Left Corner
