Selections,Invert,Then Delete On Keyboard
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open Bunch 2 Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Slightly Rotate
See Tag For Placement
Dupilcate,Image Mirror
Open Bow 4 Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Place In Middle At Bottom
Open Flower 5 Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Place In Bottom Left Corner
Open Flower 4 Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Place Top Right Corner
On Frame 2 Duplicate
On Original Layer
Adjust,Blur,Gaussian Blur 30
On Frame 3 Duplicate
On Original Layer
Adjust,Blur,Gaussian Blur 10
Add Any Other Embelishments of choice
Add Your licence,Name and your watermark
Right click merge all flattern
Or Right Click Merge to have a transparent bkg for forums
