When it says resize I always use the raster deform tool to resize
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
Open Frame 2
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open Luckys
Resize To Fit Inside Frame
Place Below Frame
Duplicate
On Original Layer
Adjust,Blur,Gaussian Blur 30
Effects,Toadies
Where Are You 74
Open Circle Bow 1
Resize
Place At Top Left Side Of Frame
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Duplicate
Place At Bottom Right Side of Frame
I Used Keith Garvey
Placed It Below Frame Layer
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Then I Dupilcated it
Placed it As Top Layer
then Used Eraser Tool
At The Bottom
So Made It look like Image
Was InSide The Frame At Bottom
And Head Was Outside Of frame
At The Top
Open Tube Of Choice
I Used Keith Garvey
Place As Desired
Add Any Other Embelishments Of Choice
Add Your licence,Name and your watermark
right click merge all flattern
Or Right Click Merge to have a transparent bkg for forums
