WSL -Mask 153 which can be downloaded HERE
When it says resize I always used the raster deform tool to resize
Open psp and open a 600X600 new transparent raster layer
Open LD Paper 10 from the kit copy and paste it as a new layer
open up the mask layer and minimize it for now
open layers, new mask layer from image scroll down
to the name of your mask
WSL- Mask 153
with source luminance and invert mask unticked and apply
Delete mask layer merge group
Move It Slightly to The right
Open LD Frame 3 Place Slightly To The Right
Open LD Stardust Place In Circle To The Right
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Duplicate and Move to lefthand side Of circle
See Tag For Referance
Open LD candy 2 Resize and Place In The Middle At Top Of Circle
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open LD Fence Resize
Place Across Middle Of Circle
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open LD Wordart 1
Resize And Place On fence
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Open LD Flower 4 Resize
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Duplicate Image Mirror
See Tag For Placement
Open LD Flower 3 Resize
Place At Bottom Right Corner
Open LD Butterfly 2
Place At Left Corner
Add Drop Shadow 2,2,50,5.00
Duplicate Image Mirror
Add Tube Of Choice

Place Where Desired
Add Any Other Embelishments of choice
Add Your licence,Name and your watermark
right click merge all flattern
Or Right Click Merge to have a transparent bkg for forums
